Tension headaches are the most common type of headache, affecting nearly everybody at some time in their lives. Tension headaches are not caused by disease and are often considered to be “normal” headache. Tension headaches have two categories: Episodic -fewer than 10 headaches per month and Chronic -10 or more headaches per month.
